As some of you may know, Christine is my “bestest” friend in the whole wide world.  We share everything (she even kicked my behind for not updating the blog - the nerve!)  But, I digress.  Few of you may know this, but she is a self proclaimed ‘font-aholic’.  She collects them like I collect shoes.  Although I suppose it’s much easier to get a font as opposed to getting out and about with a small child and finding the perfect pair of shoes.

OK, we’re talking about fonts though, not shoes.  This font is really quite amazing.  It’s not letters, it’s symbols - Christine calls them ‘doooooodles’.  There are really some great projects being created with this font.  What can you do with it?

Twice a month, Kate’s Digital Designs gives you a template to create magic with!  This template is really amazing and I cannot wait to see what you do with it.

So I joined the team and then leave.  I’m blaming husband though!  He decided I needed a vacation and we just got back.

I hear there are many changes coming to My Life And Scrap.  Saying goodbye to a couple of designers and hello to some new challenges in the next month or so to come.  I’ve even heard a rumor about a guest designer or two.  Christine mentioned a couple names, but swore me to secrecy.  I’m so new to the business that I didn’t know who she was talking about, but I googled them and they have some pretty amazing stuff.  I cant wait to see what they bring to My Life & Scrap!

Since I’ve been gone, we’ve had a few new releases and most of the challenges have reset for the end of the month.  There’s a new desktop challenge up and a doodly font challenge up.  I’ll be back more in a little bit with more details.  Or you could just go to the challenges in the forum to see for yourself!

So today is Thursday and apparently we’re supposed to be thrifty on Thursday!  (Although my husband wants me to be thrifty everyday, that is an entirely different matter)
